What the supply-only service includes
- PVC or aluminium windows and doors, made to measure from the dimensions you give us.
- A check that the measurements and opening types you give us are consistent and can be made (casement, tilt-and-turn, sliding, lift-and-slide or folding, depending on the system). The measurements are taken by you or your installer, and whoever takes them is responsible for them. If you prefer us to measure, ask for it in the quote.
- A clear written quote, with the glass, colour and accessories listed line by line.
- Follow-up of your order until delivery.
What it does not include
Fitting on site, sealing and finishing are not part of this service, and whoever fits the windows is responsible for them. If you later prefer our team to do it, you can ask for it in the same quote.
How to measure properly
A made-to-measure window only works if the measurement is right. Measure the opening at three points across the width and three along the height, and always note the smallest figure. State the opening side as seen from inside. If in doubt, send us photos of the opening with a tape measure in view and we will check them before ordering.
Guarantee
As the seller, we answer for defects in the product for 3 years from delivery, as the law requires. That guarantee does not cover failures caused by a measurement wrongly taken by the buyer, by an installation that does not follow the instructions, or by incorrect use or maintenance. When the order arrives, check the packages and note any damage on the delivery note. Before you pay, we give you the terms of sale and guarantee in writing.

Terms of the special volume price: it applies to orders of 5 or more windows or doors (each opening counts as one unit) included in a single quote and accepted at the same time. It applies with or without installation. It cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The price is stated in writing in your quote and is valid for the period shown in it.

Windows and doors are made with the measurements and options you choose. For that reason, once the order is confirmed they carry no right of withdrawal (art. 103.c of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act). This does not affect the legal guarantee: if something arrives defective, we put it right. If the quote includes catalogue items that are not made to measure, it will state which of them can be withdrawn from. All of this is set out in writing in your quote, before you pay anything.
