What data we process
- Data you provide in the quotation form: name, telephone, email, town, postcode, project details and message.
- Data you send us by telephone, email or WhatsApp: enquiries, photographs and project measurements.
- If you place an order: billing details, site address and the information needed for installation.
- Statistical browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and legal basis
- Handling your request and preparing the quotation, contacting you and arranging the technical survey: the consent you give when submitting the form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you confirmation that your request has been received: same basis.
- Performing the supply and installation contract and aftercare: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations in accounting and tax matters: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Website usage statistics: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We do not take automated decisions with legal effects on you. The internal priority assigned to each request is only used to organise the office workload.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to an order: 12 months from the last contact.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship and, afterwards, the applicable legal periods (6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax purposes).
- Google Analytics statistical data: 14 months.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. Only service providers acting under GDPR safeguards have access to it: web hosting and email (Raiola Networks, Spain), Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd., only with your consent) and, if you choose that channel, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). When essential to manufacture your order, we give the manufacturers the measurements and technical specifications of the project. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and apply standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@wsventanas.es with the subject «Data protection». If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This website is not intended for children under 14.
